Find your order and delivery updates

Open the order status link in your order confirmation email. After dispatch, your shipping confirmation email includes the tracking number and a link to the carrier’s updates.

Cannot find the email?

Check your spam or junk folder and search for Stanislas Parker. If you ordered as a guest, use the link in your confirmation email; an account is not required to open that link.

Need help?

Email contact@stanislasparker.com with your order number and the email used at checkout. If you do not have the order number, tell us the name and email used for the order. Please do not send card details.
